Your clinician sees more than ten minutes.
Private consultations by video or message, with the readings from your connected devices already in front of the clinician — so the conversation starts from what has actually been happening.
A ten-minute appointment is a snapshot. This is the film.
Readings arrive from connected devices between consultations, so a clinician opens your record and sees a trend rather than a single moment. These are the measures the platform records.
Twenty-one measures are recorded in total. Readings on this platform span January 2022 to April 2026.
Which measures apply to you depends on the devices you use and what your clinician asks for. SyncroHealth does not supply devices.
How a consultation works
Three steps, and the record is yours afterwards.
Choose a clinician
Browse clinicians by speciality and facility. You see who they are before you book, and the fee before you pay.
Hold it by video or message
Speak face to face, or write when speaking is hard. Your readings are on screen for the clinician throughout.
Keep the record
Notes, prescriptions and any lab requests stay in your account — and with the carer you have chosen to share them with.
Four people, one record
Most remote-consultation services connect a patient to a doctor and stop there. Care rarely stops there.
If you are the patient
Book a private consultation, message your clinician between appointments, and decide who else may see your record — a family member, a professional carer, nobody at all.
Run private practice remotely, with the patient's physiological history in front of you. Applications are reviewed before you can practise here.
CarersSee the record of someone you look after — but only once they have given you a code themselves. Consent is theirs to give and theirs to withdraw.
ParamedicsTake readings and record what you find in the field, and have it reach the clinician who needs it.
Your record, and who may read it
Health data is the most sensitive category there is, and UK law treats it that way. So does this.
You can take it with you
Export everything held about you, at any time, from your own account. No request form, no waiting period.
You can end it
Ask for your account to be deleted and it is, on a published schedule, with clinical records kept only as long as the law requires.
Access is recorded
Every read of a patient record is written to an append-only audit log, so the question "who saw this" has an answer.

No subscription to see a clinician — patients pay for the consultation they book. Clinicians hold a practising subscription once approved.
